Eligibility
Open to legal residents of California, age 18 or older, who can legally undergo dental treatment in the State of California. Employees, contractors, or immediate family members of Shawn O'Berry DDS are not eligible.

All entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period. Limit one entry per person.

Prize
One (1) winner will receive a cosmetic dentistry treatment package consisting of up to ten (10) porcelain veneers, with an approximate retail value (ARV) of $25,000.

Actual treatment is subject to clinical evaluation by Shawn O'Berry DDS. If the winner is not a candidate for veneers, an alternative cosmetic dentistry treatment of comparable value may be offered at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

Winner is responsible for any taxes or additional treatment costs outside the prize package.

Publicity Release
By entering, winner agrees to allow Shawn O'Berry DDS to use their name, likeness, and any before/after images (with consent) for marketing purposes, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Winner Selection and Notification

Winner will be chosen in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about Oct 16, 2025.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received - which will be capped at 200. Therefore odds of winning 1:200.

Winner will be notified by email or phone within five (5) business days.

If winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within ten (10) days, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
